The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 state that any electrical equipment that has the potential to cause injury or harm must be maintained and kept in a safe condition. Once all the testing is complete, we will offer to repair anything that requires fixing and will provide you with an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), which is valid for between 1-5 years (dependent on your business type) to show that you are fully compliant.
